Terms and Policies

   All first time clients  must pay in full prior to the appointment being scheduled.  All cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance by phone.  If cancellation is not made 24 hours in advance client will be billed in full for the scheduled appointment.  Three consecutive cancellations will require payment in full prior to appointment  being rescheduled.  

   In order to request an appointment, client may phone and leave a detailed message to include name, date requested, type of service and whether the appointment will be an in person consultation or a phone consultation. You can also complete the form provided under the contact field.  

   House clearings require a consultation in regard to the services that will be provided. Consultation can be in person or on the phone.

   Package deals are available under pricing, and expire within 3 months of purchase.  Sessions will be honored based on availability unless other arrangements are agreed upon prior to expiration.
